The Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC) Fund invests in Black-led and Black-serving organizations across Colorado, providing resources, capacity-building and leadership development to strengthen Black communities and advance equity. Since its launch in 2020, BRIC has grown into an influential voice in Colorado’s philanthropic landscape.

Since 2020, GHG has partnered with BRIC as it has grown from an emerging philanthropic initiative into a recognized voice for equity-centered philanthropy. Our work has evolved alongside BRIC — from building its brand and communications foundation to amplifying the stories of Black communities across Colorado and creating experiences that bring its mission to life.

GHG has helped build BRIC Fund’s communications ecosystem — from its brand identity, website and email program to establishing and supporting its social media presence, storytelling and earned media. In 2025–26, that work drove measurable impact: 14,000+ website page views, a 52% email open rate, 100,000+ social media views, nearly 2,000 blog views, and $51,000+ in earned media value across 18 placements and 11 outlets.
